CONGRATULATIONS

 JUNIOR FIREFIGHTERS

Junior Firefighters from Metal Township, Fannett-Metal, West End and Franklin Fire Companies who recently completed a (42 hour course in Exterior firefighting), hosted by Metal Township Fire Company, instructed by Kenny North, Dana Baker, Scott Kovach of (Bucks County Community College)

Congratulations to Zac Hall and Logan Junkin from Company 21 and Matt Chilcote and Grant McMullen from Company 12 for attending and graduating from the 2009 Franklin County Junior Firefighter Training Academy. 

 We would like to thank these guys for attend and thank all the instructors from our County who made this program possible, it was a very successful week.

 We took delivery of our new air packs( MSA Fierhawks M 7's)  & (MSA's new M7 Accountability system) along with 2 (MSA'S rapid air transfer system ) with help from federal grant moneys from the (Firestore at Moul enterprises).   The new packs meet all the new NFPA standards to date

On June 5, 2008 @ 7:00pm Michael A. Preso from Co. 21, Graduated from the Firefighter Recruit Class # 14 of Frederick County, MD,  to a Firefighter along with 25 other Recruits.

 

We at Company 21 are very proud of Michael's accomplishments and hope he has a safe and prosperous career at Frederick County, MD.  He will always be part of the Metal Township Fire Company Family.

 

In attendance to share this special event was Mike's Family and from Metal Township Fire & Ambulance was Dale Hall, Keith Price and Zac Hall.
